What started as a spontaneous idea of friends over twenty years ago has become one of the best and most beautiful schools in the entire region. Some of the first students have already graduated, and every fall, the youngest children from the surrounding villages excitedly await their turn to start school. Help us continue this success story!
Birthday
On December 11, 2004, twenty years ago, the school was opened. Today is the birthday celebration! The school is decorated, the seats for the guests of honor are ready, the party can begin!
School bus
An old fire engine in absolute dream condition, refurbished and equipped with indestructible technology – that’s what the new school bus will be. In the next few weeks we will ship it from Germany to Bissau.
Solar energy system
The panels for the new solar energy system are being installed. They were donated to the school by a local company. A real blessing, because the old ones were completely dilapidated.
