2022 - December

Reunion after almost three years! Just in time for our school's 18th birthday, we are finally back in Bissau. Shortly before the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, we traveled to our friends for the last time. Now we are welcomed all the more warmly and given gifts. The cloths we wear are a traditional handicraft product of the country and are woven in almost every village on long narrow webs, which are then sewn together.

Here is a custom made one for our club. José Bapu Cá commissioned it. His son Abapim attended our school and finally graduated from high school last year with a stidendium from the association (see "End of 2022 - End of a School Year"). Cá's gift will be on the table at every association meeting from now on.
